Our group fitness classes are well-designed, fun and motivating to help you get the results you are after. Classes help with strength building, fat burning and cardiovascular fitness. If you need an efficient and effective workout then this is where it’s at. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness expert, our classes are for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Classes are FREE for all members, otherwise casual rates for non-members are $15. Just rock up to a class, no booking is required for now.
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR CLASS
You don’t need much as we provide all workout equipment required. Just dress in comfortable clothes suitable for exercise. Don’t forget your towel, drink bottle and plenty of enthusiasm!
